Greenwich Peninsular – Wates

Working with Wates, Stanmore have recently secured the internal screed & drylining package for The Waterman development at Greenwich Peninsular.

The Waterman’s crisp architecture sits in an exceptional riverside location. Corner balconies punch the building’s façade, giving residents of every apartment an outlook over the gardens or river.

Residents throughout the building will have access to the landscaped terrace on the 23rd floor,which offers panoramic views of the River Thames and London.

Stanmore have recently secured the architectural metalwork package with St James at Smithfield Square, Hornsey.

Woodberry Down – Berkeley – Glazing

Stanmore have recently secured the external SFS package along with the internal Drylining at Enderby Wharf – working with Barratt London.

Enderby Wharf will become a vibrant new quarter in Greenwich. The site has been selected to play host to London’s first international cruise liner terminal, due for completion in 2017. Other planned amenities include a private residents’ fitness suite, 24 hour concierge, underground, a crèche, landscaped gardens and 200 metres of rejuvenated Thames path, open to everyone.
