Following on from our successful lightweight steel frame tender – Stanmore have recently secured the drylining package at Blackfriars Circus with Barratt London.
Made up of five buildings around a central courtyard which will be open to all. The tower will offer you exciting views across the London skyline, especially from the rooftop garden.
New Secured Drylining Project – Catford Green Blocks T & U
Continuing our work with Barratt London at their Catford Green site, Stanmore have recently secured the drylining package on latest phase.
Apartments at Catford Green will be spread over 12 buildings, connected by a sequence of landscaped open courtyards and spaces. The guiding design principle at Catford Green was for the architecture to respect and calmly blend with its surrounding landscape.
New Secured Façade & Drylining Project – Canning Town Phase 2B
Working alongside Countryside Properties, Stanmore have recently secured the external LSF façade and internal drylining package at Canning Town Phase 2B.

New Secured Façade Project – Grahame Park Block B6
Continuing our work with Countryside Properties at Grahame Park in Hendon, Stanmore have recently secured the façade and internal drylining package for block B6.
Comprising 84 flats and 8 town houses, block B6 is the next phase of a large regeneration project that will total 3,000 new homes provided over an 18 year programme. One third of the homes will be for affordable rent and shared ownership.
