Berkeley – Green Park Village Phase 3
Working with Berkeley Homes, Stanmore have recently secured the dry lining package atGreen ParkVillage phase 3.
Everything really is ‘on your doorstep’ at Green Park Village. A new primary school is planned for young children, a proposed train station, Market Square for all to enjoy, a community hall for residents to meet and the wonderful lake offering trails and walks. At the nearby Green Park business centre there is plenty on offer including a gym, restaurants, retail, trim trails, nature paths around the Longwater Lake all set within 195 acres of landscaped parkland. The business centre is also host to a number of events including the annual food festival and regular sporting events.
Westfield – Block K Phase 2
Securing our first job with Westfield, Stanmore are pleased to be working on the dry lining package in Block K in Shepherds Bush.
This £20m new building occupies a challenging site in the south-west corner of Westfield’s £1bn Phase 2 development at White City. It is positioned in a highly prominent location on one of the primary routes into the Westfield London Shopping Centre, which is currently undergoing expansion. The development – which comprises 74 affordable apartments –is carefully shaped in a saw-tooth composition to maximise private amenity space, natural daylight and views out from all apartments in multiple directions. The building has both a low-rise component addressing the pedestrianised street and a 14 storey high-rise tower component which acts as an anchor point where the large new public square and street meet.
