The redevelopment of Stanmore House is continuing at a pace with Unit 2 – previously the warehouse – having a new mezzanine floor installed this week.
The works will create a large area of office and meeting space as well as a “break out” area for staff to relax. The building should be ready for use by the end of May and will link up the new offices in Unit 1 with the older part of
Kidbrooke Village Phase 2 – Block B
Stanmore have recently secured the lightweight steel frame package at Kidbrooke Village Phase 2, Block B. Design work is underway and we are looking to start on site in May.
We have recently secured the internal drylining package at Aldgate Place.
