Role Overview:

As our Social Media Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and elevating Stanmore's social media presence. This role demands a creative and strategic thinker who has a proven track record of managing and growing the online presence of a business. You will be responsible for collecting and curating content from various ongoing projects within our organisation, ensuring that our narrative is compelling, cohesive, and reflective of our brand's values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our business objectives, increases brand visibility, and fosters engagement across all platforms.
• Content Management: Collect, curate, and create high-quality, engaging content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Ensure a consistent brand message and voice across all channels.
• Community Engagement: Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that builds community and encourages positive interactions. Manage and grow our online community by fostering discussions, responding to queries, and engaging with followers.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilise analytics tools to track performance, analyse data, and generate insights to optimise social media strategies. Prepare regular reports on social media activity, growth, and engagement metrics.
• Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to gather content from ongoing projects. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure social media complements overall marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in managing social media platforms for a business or brand, with a portfolio showcasing your ability to increase engagement and grow a social media presence.
• Excellent content creation and writing skills, with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
