Raj's construction odyssey commenced in 1991, when he joined Stanmore as a trainee plasterer. His dedication saw him swiftly rise to the position of supervisor in just two years. Grounded in a family steeped in construction, Raj, with an engineering mindset, aspired to become an engineer. His pursuit led him to college in 1991, where he embarked on a Civil Engineering program, culminating in 1993. Subsequently, he pursued a part-time degree in Quantity Surveying at the University of Greenwich, dovetailing seamlessly with his burgeoning role as Construction Director. Raj also pursued a personal interest in Comparative Religions, earning a part-time master's degree over two years.

Raj's leadership philosophy is grounded in a desire for continuous improvement and a genuine enjoyment of working with people.
